DESCRIPTION

If you've never heard of a Datsun 320 Ute then don't be embarrassed. This one is a rare bird indeed in Aus. You could count on two hands the number of these that are in Australia and count on only one hand the number that would in fact be on the road and in this condition.This particular one was bought by its current owner about seven years ago. It received a respray in original solid red not long after purchase and since then the owner has done bits and pieces here and there to restore it to being a good honest little truck.

DESCRIPTION

This one was done for the good folk over at Martini Racing. It is a UK import Aston Martin V12 Vanquish that arrived in the last month or so.Overall externally the car wasn't too bad. There was some corrosion on the trims as a result of the salt they throw on the roads over there, and the paint was a bit hazy with micro-marring. It had obviously had some sort of basic detail before it left the UK, but it was quite down on gloss and needed a good spruce up

This Sage Grey Renault 16TS, nicknamed "Sarah" was bought from an elderly woman out near Albury. When the owner brought her in for assessment he had realistic expectations about the fact that, though a charming little car, she was never going to win any concours events. The plan was to restore the paint, but yet still retain the honesty of the 40 or so years she's experienced.

These cars are pretty quick as they are however this one has had a full engine build to put out a little over 400kw at the rear wheels (540+hp). The owner has gone to lengths to maintain the sleeper look of a standard XR6 non turbo.This was a two stage correction followed by Opti-Coat.
