DESCRIPTION
This Ferrari 512M represents the last of the Testarossa shape. The "M" rather than "TR" designation in the 512M refers to "Modificata", and has several aero and design changes over the previous Testarossa models. It was the last, and rarest variant of the series with only 501 total being produced. This is the rarest of the rare, being factory right hand drive, of which only 75 total were produced.The most notable visual design changes are the replacement of the popup headlights for fixed units. This was primarily for aerodynamics. The traditional Testarossa taillights were also replaced for circular units, and two NACA inlet ducts were installed into the bonnet.Also this was the only model to have these unique two piece wheels, which were designed to better assist brake cooling. It represents the zenith of the Testarossa model in both design and collector status.This particular car was imported from the UK in the late 90s/early 200s. It's current owner (my client) bought it this year from its previous Australian owner. It is a very low mileage example with only approx 6000 miles on the clock. The last 18 or so years of its life have been spent being barely driven. It had unfortunately accumulated quite a bit of scratching and other marring during that time though as in its stored position, it often had people brushing it as they walked past.

This twelve month old GTR came to me with a fair bit of damage as a result of regular visits to a carwash cafe. Unfortunately the owner just wasn't aware of the damage that was being caused and was quite surprised when he dropped by and saw it while it was being worked on. All up there was around 16hrs of correction time alone, with around 27hrs total detail time.

This 2013 FPV GT 335 in "Vanish" (dark blue) came in for correction and coating. Absolutely babied by its owner it had only a few thousand kms on the clock.It had sadly though been given a relatively poor detail in the past, which left the car with buffer trails and polish residue all over the car.Whilst there wasn't a great amount of heavy damage in the car, there was a lot of time spent cleaning up the mistakes of the previous detail.

Something very special has come through the Garage recently. In the mid 200s Ford decided to re-imagine the GT40 race car which dominated LeMans in the mid to late 60s.The result was the Ford GT. A little over 4000 were built between 2004 and 2006. This particular car came from California where the original owner had it as a display piece in his home. It has around 4000 original miles on it.Whilst the Ford GT came in a variety of colours, the most sought after schemes are the blue with white stripes, white with blue stripes, and red with white stripes. The more astute among you would notice a pattern in those three specific colours. These three varieties are part of what Ford called their "Heritage Edition", representing the red, white, and blue of the American flag

This client was referred to me by another recent client. He purchased this Corvette Z06 about a month ago. A previous assessment of the car indicated low paint levels over the composite areas (most of the car), so caution had to be taken. Readings were averaging less than 70 microns and in some cases as low as 50s.

If you've never heard of the AMG SL65 Black Edition there's nothing to be ashamed of. With only 350 made world wide they're quite rare.The sister car to the Mclaren Mercedes SLR detailed previously, the SL65 Black Edition has even more power and torque, 700hp and 1000nm (limited) respectively.It has the same carbon fibre material construction as the SLR, with just the doors and rear guards being steel. The doors, incidentally, are the only panels that this car shares with a standard SL.

This one has had some extra berries by way of those evil geniuses at Brabus.The engine mapping and exhaust is fettled with, adding a bimodal setup, as well as some extra aggressive carbon parts and wheels. They call this full kit the B63SIt all adds up to make a non subtle car even less subtle :)
