Here are some final pics of this AMG GT-S completed recentlyIt arrived with less than 300kms on the clock and whilst the dealership didn't machine polish it, as evidenced by packing adhesive in spots around the car, there was still an overall haze which needed to be cleaned up as well as the odd light love mark here and there. Difficult to capture on white as it was so minor. Hence why no befores and afters. I'm just not that good a photographer to be able to capture it.After a very light two stage, two layers of Opti-Coat Pro+ were applied

DESCRIPTION
This M3 was recently bought second hand. Like most cars of this type it hadn't had the easiest of lives. Though it's new owner did some polishing work to remove the light marring, there was still a fair bit of deep scratching that needed to be addressed. Some of which was removed entirely. Some which could only be minimised.

Here is the final Dan's Garage detail for 2015 and it finishes on a bang...... well actually a twin turbo V8 sledgehammer to be more accurateThe stats on the CLS63 AMG are impressive. A 410kw, 5.5Lt twin turbo V8 with 720nm of torque capable of slingshotting this executive sled to 100kph in 3.7 seconds. Not bad when you consider it's nearly two tonnes worth of saloon.

DESCRIPTION
They say you should never meet your heros for fear of being disappointed...... yeah not much chance of that. Especially when it involves a million dollars worth of supercar.This was an import from the US and arrived here with only 3000 miles on the clock. It is one of those times where you're not sure if it is a car or art. A bit of both I'd say.Every panel is carbon fibre. The engine is a 5.4lt supercharged V8 developing over 600hp and a whopping 780nm of torque. The brakes are carbon ceramic. Everything about this car is engineering nirvana. It is truly staggering in real life and something that I felt honoured to be asked to detail.

Okay let me start by saying that I am a HUGE fan of this model Porsche. One of the last of the factory widebody, air-cooled models. Market prices for this shape nowadays are six figures with good examples tipping $200k+. The Turbo models even more. They are a rare bird and only getting rarer and increasing in value as time goes by. These will be amazingly sought after cars. They already are really.This particular C2S was bought about six years ago. The owner had never had any detailing work done on it in that time and the car was definitely showing its age. Being solid black there was also nowhere to hide.

This 69 Camaro was brought in from the US a couple of years ago. It received a respray approx four years ago in "Hugger Orange" the original paint for this specific vehicle. It has just spent the last nine months getting a complete drivetrain overhaul and now sports a 555ci (9.1L) Big Block V8. The rear valance was also painted in a satin black to denote "Big Block" as the original cars off the line would have been done.

This Ferrari F355 was recently purchased by a client of mine. Having always wanted one it is the realisation of a goal for him. He has spent the last few months getting the car back up to a solid standard, part of which would involve a decent detail.When we chatted about the best way to approach detailing it, he was happy to defer to me in terms of what to do. He left the car with me for three weeks while he went overseas, which gave me ample time to go over it while he was away.It was decided an engine bay detail would also be needed as the car had recently had a full engine-out service. The interior also needed work as it had been years since the leather had been cleaned and it was somewhat shiny from human use.
